About the Project

I founded SkillBridge Society (SBS) to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity for migrant workers in Dubai. We believe that migrant workers are not just laborers; they are people who need a pathway to a dignified and fulfilling career, not just a job. By removing the barriers to socio-economic mobility, SBS can transform migrant workers into certified laborers.

In partnership with Alonsa Home Appliances, we will provide hands-on training and certification to a large number of migrant workers. Based on the real-life experiences of migrants, we will ensure that migrant workers are equipped with the necessary skills in Arabic, computer skills, and technical skills to achieve stability in life. We will ensure that the people who physically build this city are empowered to shape their own future.
